|Recommended: YesSnazzy for low income — The apartment we were showed in the tour looked almost the exact same as the one we got, so you dont have to worry about random layout differences. I love the big windows, the kitchen island, and the two bathrooms. There have only been a few maintenance issues like a few of our outlets not working, the agitator in the washer broke which we fixed ourselves and our fridge wasnt working the first day we moved in but it was quickly replaced This place has no landlord specials, no poor paint jobs, and the appliances arent visibly old and janky like you usually get in low income housing. The property staff have all been kind. Our apartment internet is working, we found out you cant get any internet through other providers. The price is 80 a month for 1 gb, which is very reasonable when split between my roommate and I. There's two elevators, trash shutes on each floor, and I havent seen any gross messes left behind in hallways, elevators, or shared spaces. No complaints so far other than parking I guess, as each apartment gets one spot and the rest is street parking but we've also only been here for a few days.

|Recommended: YesLived here 2 plus years — Interior of apartments looks really nice and simple. I like that alot. Nice stainless steal appliances and nice wood like floors as well Maintenance staff are amazing they will come same day a problem arises if they are available. They also communicate very well. They are always cleaning around the apartments and carrying a garbage can along with them. I don't hear much noise from neighbors or anything from the hall. It's nice. The clubhouse room is also very nice and big we have used it before for a birthday. A couple small cons are the office staff is constantly changing, the hallway carpets get dirty fast, there is no extra parking at all. So I don't ever really get to have guests over. But really all in all the pros outweigh the cons. Thanks for reading.
